SHANGHAI, China – July 5, 2007 – Noveon Asia Pacific Limited, a subsidiary of The Lubrizol Corporation (NYSE: LZ), has announced that it is increasing prices for all Estane® thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPUs) by 2 RMB to China and by $0.25 to $0.30 USD per kilogram for the Asia Pacific region outside China. This increase includes the following product lines for Estane® Engineered Polymers: Estane®, Estaloc®, and EstaGrip®. All increases will be effective August 1, 2007 or as contract allows. The price adjustments on all TPUs in the Asia Pacific region are being driven by recent increases in raw material costs
