Electro-Rite™ Conductive Coating Systems are inherently conductive polymer-coated sheets for effective electro static dissipative (ESD) protection on thermoformed trays. Electro-Rite products are used in applications where permanent ESD protection and clarity are important.
Stat-Rite® Static Control Systems are inherently static dissipative materials with permanent ESD protective and prevention properties. Engineered primarily for thermoforming applications in the past, Stat-Rite Static Control Systems are now available in master batch concentrates and injection molding formulations for applications requiring more specialized attributes. Stat-Rite Static Control Systems contain humidity independent ESD protection combined with ultra-low outgassing constituents and extractable ionic contaminants.
Lubrizol Conductive Polymers develops and manufactures permanent ESD protection and prevention materials designed to provide cost-effective performance in cleanroom manufacturing environments, especially for Class 0 devices.
