Hose and Tube
Estane® thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU) have been used in a wide variety of hose, tube and profile applications since 1960. Our unique manufacturing process and wide product portfolio provide many unique advantages.
Polyester-based Estane TPUs exhibit excellent oil, fuel, and solvent resistance, high temperature performance as well as good UV and hydrolytic stability. Polyether-based Estane TPUs exhibit excellent low temperature properties, hydrolysis, and fungus resistance. Estane TPU can be used in multilayer or single layer spiral hoses, braided hoses or tubing.
