Estane® MVT (Moisture Vapor Transmission) TPU technology combines the toughness, flexibility and elastomeric properties of a thin TPU film with protective barrier properties while providing comfort through moisture vapor transmission.
The unique chemistry of the Estane MVT grades allows you to dial in the breathability needed for an application. Estane TPUs range from moderately breathable, 350 g/m2/24hrs MVT to a highly breathable 760 g/m2/24hrs HMVT.
